How does automatic delivery work?
FSi offers complimentary automatic delivery to all our heating oil customers. As long as you're enrolled, we'll provide you with an oil tank monitor at no cost ($140 value!). The monitor attaches to your tank, takes ultrasonic readings of your fuel levels, and communicates that back to us to ensure that you get the fuel you need, when you need it, and not when you don’t.
What service plan is right for me?
We offer affordable, cost-saving service plans for all standard HVAC equipment, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and water heaters. Our Value Plan offers expert tune-ups for lower fuel and energy bills, fewer system issues and discounts on many repairs, all for a low cost. Our Advantage Plan costs a bit more up front but covers most repair bills entirely, giving you added peace of mind.
Do you offer budget plans?
We do! With our SmartPay program, we estimate your annual usage and determine the total yearly cost based on current rates. We then divide that total by 11 to set your monthly payments. If your fuel costs vary from our estimate, we’ll adjust your account. You’ll only pay for the oil you receive. Enrollment in SmartPay is free and available to all automatic delivery customers.
